Organizational Ideas - Study Areas and School Materials

We have a wall length bookshelf in our toyroom/classroom. I keep all the homeschooling materials on four shelves. I have a separate cabinet for art materials because it was getting to large for a drawers, and we couldn't find stuff. ie: stickers, papers, crayons, etc. We always put out work away when finished, otherwise papers start to multiply and the materials are never around when we need them for the next time.

We purchased a plastic three-drawer cart on wheels for each of the children to store their school books and materials in. These reside in a hall closet but can be taken out and used at the dining room table, at the couch etc. to have everything handy. I like the way this method has worked, but some of the drawers have taken quite a beating. (Alicia from WI)
